When my order will be delivered? 

Shipping to your address or Nova Poshta department.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except weekends and holidays. Orders created before 12:00 are sent within 24 hours. Orders received after 12:00 on a Friday or over the weekend will be delivered next week. We will do our best to deliver your order within 3 working days.

Where do we ship orders to?

Online orders may only be shipped within the territory of Ukraine.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping costs depend on the delivery method.

Please note, under the terms of Nova Poshta: when delivering the order postpaid:
The recipient pays 2% of the order value +20.00 UAH. New Post;

Delivery for prepay orders over 500 UAH is FREE.
